Raņķa Dambis 31 is a four-story historic building near the Zunda Canal and Ķīpsala in Riga. It has been fully renovated and divided into 67 apartments, ranging from 24 to 117 square meters. Each apartment comes with parking and storage. Designed by Vilhelms Hofmanis in the early 1900s, the building features Art Nouveau architecture and recently won the Latvian Construction Association Annual Award 2023 for its beautifully restored facade, new lighting, and high-quality wooden windows. Inside, all engineering systems are new, including a modern heating unit and individual ventilation for each apartment. The apartments are sold without interior finishes, but they offer high 3.5-meter ceilings and bright, open spaces. The property is secure, with a closed, landscaped area and video surveillance.
